Guangzhou Virotech Pharmaceutical Technology (hereinafter referred to as Virotech) is a biomedical company engaged in the R&D and production of oncolytic viruses and their synergists. We also develop in vitro diagnostic reagents and provide medical-related scientific and technological consulting services.

Virotech was established in January 2015 in the Guangzhou Science City International Business Incubator District by Professor Guangmei Yan and his original research team at Sun Yat-Sen University, with a registered capital of RMB 30 million. Virotech today has a strong R&D capacity supported by excellent in-house facilities and a highly qualified team, and has raised over RMB 200 million in research funds. Additionally, we have filed 83 patent applications in 54 countries and areas, with 26 patents granted in 13 of them, including China, Australia, USA, and Japan.

We have published over 20 product-related articles in high-profile peer-reviewed journals, such as PNAS, Science Translational Medicine, and Nature Communications.
